These are the leaders of each of our state service teams.
Tabitha has a master’s degree in clinical psychology with emphasis on mental health and deafness, also a master’s in business administration. She is a licensed psychological practitioner and is the vice president of SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. Tabitha has more than 14 years of diversified progressive experience within the behavioral healthcare industry. Her background is broad and cuts across government and community relations, regulatory and legislative processes, financial management, crisis management, direct treatment and performance/quality development.
Pilar has a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis with concentration in autism through Ball State University. Pilar is a supervisor in Indiana. She has been working in the field for over four years and has experience with youth and adults on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
Susan “Suzy” Finigan
Suzy is a board certified behavior analyst with a master of arts degree in human services with an emphasis in child and family studies. She is the supervisor for Illinois. Suzy has worked in the field for over 7 years. She began her career working with children who were medically fragile and dependent on technology. In 2013, Suzy started serving adults and youth with dual diagnoses who experienced physical, emotional, communicative or environmental challenges.
Andrea has a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Spalding University. She is a supervisor in Indiana. Andrea has more than 18 years experience in the field working with individuals who have a dual diagnoses of ,mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Andrea continues to remain involved at her alma mater, the University of Southern Indiana, offering training and lectures.
Melissa “Missy” Mahoney
State Director, Kentucky
Missy is a board certified behavior analyst. She has been working in the field for over six years. Her experience has included working with adults and youth in both the community and inpatient settings. Missy’s favorite part of her job is developing trusting relationships with the people we support but also with those involved in their everyday care.
State Director, Indiana
RaShai has a master’s degree in special education with an emphasis in autism and applied behavior analysis and a master’s degree in educational administration and supervision. RaShai is a board certified behavior analyst and is SpringHealth Indiana state director. She has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for the last six years. RaShai has experience providing ABA therapy, speech therapy to children and behavior management services to adults and youth of all ages and backgrounds.
David Spencer, BCBA
Lead Integration Specialist
David has a master’s degree in industrial-organizational psychology and completed a certificate program in applied behavior analysis. He has been working in the field for over 13 years. His experience has included working with people of every age range and many different diagnoses. He gets the most enjoyment training new clinicians in this field so that he can use his varied background to give them as much guidance as possible and help them find multiple ways of assisting the people with which we work.
State Director, Georgia
Wendy has a master’s degree in education with a concentration in behavior disorders. She also completed a certificate program in applied behavior analysis. Wendy began her career in 1998 as an instructor at an adult day habilitation program. She held multiple positions until returning back to the classroom as an interrelated special education teacher in which she remained for 15 years. Wendy joined us at SpringHealth in 2015 as a clinician and now is our Georgia supervisor.
Jody earned an master’s degree in psychology with a specialty in applied behavior analysis from Florida State University and is a board certified behavior analyst. Jody has worked with government agencies teaching parenting classes, been a special education teacher in high school and elementary schools and provided early intervention services in clinical settings and in family homes. Jody was behavior consultant with individuals with varied diagnoses within various home and community settings, and provided behavior assistance in crisis situations. The most important part of her job is helping individuals with differences have the highest quality of life possible by teaching others to support them.
